Order Cancellation:
You may request to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to reasons such as incorrect address, payment issues, or unavailability of products.
Refunds & Gift Vouchers:

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed but before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If your order is canceled after it has been shipped, we will issue a gift voucher of equal value, valid for three months from the date of issue, instead of a cash or bank refund.
Replacement for Damaged Items:
If an item arrives damaged, broken, or tampered with, you may request a replacement within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting care@tummyfarm.com with details and proof of the damage. Requests after 48 hours will not be entertained.
